How do you deal with feelings of hatred and vengeance without punching or maiming the person you're hating? (for example, my ex who I suspect dumped me for another girl....YOU DONT JUST DUMP SOMEONE, NOT TELL THEM WHY, THEM BE EXTREMELY RUDE AND SPITEFUL TO THEM AT SCHOOL ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY CRY FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT.....i never cried so much in my life....:'(...but that was about 2 months ago and i am recenlty dating someone one billion times more amazing)
